Information collected through the enquiry form
If you use the project enquiry form, we collect the details you enter: full name, work email address, company name, country or region, service required, estimated budget range, preferred timeline, project description and your acknowledgement of this notice.
We do not ask the form to collect payment card details, login credentials or identity documents.
Purpose of processing
We use enquiry information to understand the work you are asking about, to decide whether we can help, and to respond using the contact details you provide. We may also keep a record of the correspondence where that is needed for ordinary business administration.
We do not use enquiry information for automated decision-making and we do not sell it.
How information is stored and protected
When an email provider has been connected, enquiry messages are sent to the company over that provider and then handled as business correspondence. Until that connection is in place, the form runs in development mode and does not deliver messages by email.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information in our care. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Service providers
This website may be hosted by a third-party hosting provider. If the enquiry form is connected to an email delivery service, that provider will process the contents of the form in order to deliver the message. Those providers act on instructions and only as needed to operate the website and deliver enquiries.
Data retention
Enquiry information is kept for as long as it is needed to respond to the request and to maintain ordinary business records. It is then deleted or archived according to internal record-keeping practice. We do not keep enquiry information longer than is necessary for those purposes.
